#roboNDIS
We're coming for youRoboNDIS was created by the same people who created RoboDebt.
We’re holding the NDIA, government and bureaucracy to account for the horrific harm caused.

My son went blind because of the NDIS refusal to read reports stating this would occur without more supports…reduced 3 times.
Untrained unqualified staff push vulnerable, already disadvantaged people to stress and exhaustion. I am physically disabled later in life. Nobody has made me feel more disabled than the agency who is supposed to help support us.
I have been at AAT on behalf of my adult daughter for 11 months with no resolution in sight. I’m exhausted providing so much care due to an underfunded plan whilst trying my best to navigate the AAT and start preparing for a hearing with no legal assistance.
The NDIS is a social, economic and innovation system compromised by the NDIA systems and processes, which I believe are the most defective and dangerous in government. Overseen by the creators of RoboDebt, these systems have created risk to life, including for my family. Yet another ‘new’ IT system cannot overcome the deep biases, defects and exposures, precipitated by the lack of ethics, risk management and co-design. Only a Royal Commission can do that
Six out of every seven new jobs created over the past year (2019) were either directly or indirectly funded by the government, with the NDIS alone responsible for a fifth of all new jobs.

“It shouldn’t cost $4,000 for an Occupational Therapist to get a low budget item of $1,000 or so…”
“…something that people don’t understand, that it really does take just a second before your life can change forever…”
“… let’s hope Bill Shorten gets it right and let’s hope that Labor gets it right over this Budget…”
“The NDIS creates work – it’s a huge workforce of nearly 300,000 people – a huge return of $52 billion to the economy – so it’s actually part of our economy as well.”

Site Policies
This is a campaign website that will run for a specified period for the purpose of running the RoboNDIS Royal Commission Class Action campaign.
It is not a community forum such as Facebook, but stories from those forums have been presented with permission as part of the robondis campaign. But we encourage people to follow us and share through Facebook.
This site is not a site for whistleblowers. Our hope is that by achieving a Royal Commission into RoboNDIS, the governance and powers of a Royal Commission will provide the protections and an avenue for people to tell their stories.
